    Complete inventory and condition inspections are made when a tenant moves in or out.

    Order and supervise all work required as necessary for the complete operation and maintenance of your property, including capital improvement projects.

    Write and place all advertising of your property. You benefit from our special discount rates.

  • RENT COLLECTIONS

    Collect and deposit all rents into a Client’s Trust Account separate from our General Account as required by New York State.

    Tenants are given on-going personal attention. Satisfied tenants are long-term tenants.

  • ITEMIZED STATEMENTS

    Detailed itemized statements are sent to you each and every month showing all receipts and expenses for the month with verified invoices for any expenses. Complete annual statements are also furnished to you at the end of each calendar year.

  • UNLIMITED DISBURSEMENTS

    We provide unlimited check disbursements at no additional charge…mortgage payments, maintenance fees, taxes, etc.

    Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our rental management services, you may cancel at any time, with a 30 day notice. There is no minimum management term required.
